Goldilocks in Action

(Ini adalah entri bergambar)
*
Once upon a time, live a bear family in a small wood.
*
Papa Bear, Mama Bear and Baby Bear.
*
Papa is reading and Baby is playing with teddy (bear), while Mama...
*
is cooking.
*
Then Mama said, "Why don't we take a walk in the wood while waiting for our porridge. It is still hot?"
*
Then, they take a walk together. After they left the home, a naughty girl breaks into their home.
*
"Hmmm, I smell something nice"
*
"Porridge? I'm hungry! Let me try all of it"
*
"Now I'm full, I want to take a sit"
*
And she tries all of the chair. Unfortunately, she breaks Baby's chair.
"Upsss"
*

Now, she is sleepy. She takes a nap at Baby's bed.
*
The bear family come back from the walk and are very shock to see their home is in mess.
*
"Who ate our porridge?"
*
"Who sat on our chair?"
"And he broke my chair too!" says Baby. By now, he has started crying.
*
Let's figure out...
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*

"She's the one who made all the mess in this home!!!"
*
And Goldilocks runs away~~~
*

(Eh, kenapa Goldilocks nya lelaki pula?)
*

Ok, sila abaikan gambar terakhir.

Spring Clean for Anniversary

*
Happy Anniversary to me.
And my buddies too.
*
*
Two years. Sometimes I wonder have a become a better teacher day by day. There are times where I am so full of spirits to teach my kids, and there are times where I wish that I do not have to come to school.
*
Since there are no specific celebration for our anniversary, we all come to school as usual. Maybe next time we can do it, occay TESLians?
*
So, this morning I drove to Seg Hwa to take a peep of my kiddos who are having a Chinese chess competition. Since I will definately know nothing about it, I remind one of them to bring the presents (if they win) to school on Monday. The next thing that I did was, driving my Burung Besi to McD!
*
I love McD's coffee!
*
Then I returned to my school and did spring clean at my workstation. Only God knows, our staff room can also known as stuffed room. How I wish we can have a major spring clean for this staff room, having standardized desks, chairs and bookshelves... In your dream Ay!
*
Being a teacher, a language teacher some more, it is unavoidable to have stacks of papers! That's the main reason why I really need the spring clean. Those unwanted notices, the keep-on-changing-timetables, flyers, etc., etc... need to be dispose. Those extra copies of worksheets need to be keep nicely so that it can be use again.
*
And this is the result of my spring clean.
*
Now I can breath!
(but not when I look at desk in front of mine)
And I rearranged my bookshelf too. Mine are the first and second. The third one belong to the one who sits in front of me.
*

*
Oh ya, I rearranged and compile my extra handouts and put it in different files. Before this I had compile it but I put it in the same file. But now each handout will be stored in different files.
*
*
Comprehension, Comprehension (2), Literature (two files actually), Writing and Grammar. The rest are ULBS (Ujian Lisan Berasaskan Sekolah) files.
*
The main reason I did this spring clean not only because of my second anniversary as a teacher, but mainly because I am sick of my congested desk and I envy those teachers who has super clean and neatly arranged tables!
*
Mama Oshee's workstation. (If only I have this kind of desk)
*
The twins mummy's workstation
(oh, I used to sit at this place because when I first entered the school two years ago, she was on maternity leave).
*
The Maths teacher's workstation.
Most of the time, the only thing left on her desk will be her books.
Hardly her students' books.
*
And I wish I can maintain my desk like this as loooong as possible. Because most of the time, my desk will look like this.
*
Pretty annoying, right?

Why I Heart My 3rd July

*
Presenting the proud buyer of Che Che.
*

If you still remember this entry, you will come across the same logo on one of my discount card. Yes, I bought a handbag from Che Che, infact I did actually booked that handbag from the shop.
*

My brother-in-law was thrilled to know what was the thing that I book. He even told my sister to read my blog. And my sister guessed correctly. Yes, it's Che Che! And because you guessed correctly, the bag is yours!
*
Surprised!
*
I guess my sister will be so thrilled to get this bag as she is one of those Hello Kitty's lover. When we saw this handbag from my favourite magazine, I knew that she hopes that she can get one. Luckily this handbag is still available when I booked it. I think I have made the right decision to buy it at Mid Vlley instead of Suria KLCC.
*
*
And yes (again!), this bag is limited edition. I am proud to be one of those people who buy it. Kakak, I do not expect anything from you in return. I feel like you need to be pampered as you had been working so hard since you started your marriage life. This is everything-in-one- present for you. The birth of Afham, your anniversary, birthday and Mother's Day. Ha ha.
*
And what was Afham's reaction?
*
Ah! My fingers are still the best!
*
And the picture below is just like my trademark. Don't ask me whose shoes on the left, I don't have any idea.
*
Finally, I had the opportunity to attend MASKARA! I came laaate and the most embarrassing part was, all the audience had left but me. The Sol-Jahs, The Primary and some of Kawan- Kawan Yang Kita Suka had to wait for me until my BIL came to fetch me back.
*
But being the last audience that night allowed me to see how they work. I have to admit that I respet them so much. They cleaned up everything very quickly, professionally and the best thing is with almost no bangs! Maybe I am a little bit sexist, because I have this perception that guys usually do their work with a lot of noise. But they did it the other way round.
*
Yes, I met my Jejaka Idaman Malaya and he chose the best spot to take the picture. The one with a lot of posters of MASKARA.
*
*
I heart this group of guys.
*
And I truly heart my 3rd July. This is the best 3rd July in my life.
*
With Che Che, from a Mei Mei for a Che Che.
*
With The Sol-Jahs and Kawan- Kawan Yang Kita Suka.

When They Follow My Footstep

This is a backdated entry
*
Can you guess what's happening?
*
*
*
It was Open Day, the day where parents come and meet the teachers, listening to the never ending complains about their kids. Why complains? Because sometimes students will react differently to different teachers.
*
Well, it was not just an ordinary Open Day, it was also Coop Day. I am not suppose to be around on that day, since I received a letter about three weeks before, informed me that I have to attend a course.
*
My kids told me that they wanted to open a stall, but I automatically said NO! because I will not be around on that day (hmph, as if I can help them if I am around. The truth is, when parents start to come, teachers will sit still in the class to talk, talk, talk, talk, talk and talk, talk, talk). But still, they disobeyed me. The truth is, I know that they can do it on their own, but I still feel that I need to be around when they do it (sounds very much like a mother, cesss).
*
Since they really want to do it, I just helped them here and there. I printed the wording, gave them the sugar paper (I insisted that they should not buy it, since I have a lot of sugar paper) and made the signpost.
*

Confetti Corner by 2A

*
Azrul was smiling from ear to ear when he saw this mini signpost for their stall. At first I did not realise it, since I really feel that this is super simple. But I had to look at his face because he did not utter even a word when he saw it. Then he said "Teacher, this is so sweet". I felt like crying at that moment...
*
Azrul, the leader. He opened a stall last year with his friends. I guess that's why he is very eager to do it again. He is the most talkative boy in my class, but yet, he can be a good leader at the same time. I can still remember how I punished him last year because he was talking non- stop. Azrul, sometimes you really make my day.
*
This is what happened when I left my handphone for a while. They were camwhoring!
*
So, my not- so- little kids opened their 'corner'. They did not make a lot of money, but I believed that they gained a lot of experiences through this activity.
*
The team: Aimie, Wani, Azrul, Afham and Noh Hairi.
*
That's before the sale.
*
This one is after they have closed their corner.
*
The last picture shows that Azrul is still working eventhough the sale was over. He even prepared a drink for me (a ridiculos one, but still I enjoy it). The drink was a mixture of carbonated drink with serbuk asam. Could not image how does it taste? Try it on your own.
*
Oh, if you are womdering why the title of this post is 'When They Follow My Footstep', this is simply because, I am a Coop teacher too! Indirectly I am also involed with business. Pengurus Belian dan Jualan lagi...
