Cuti- Cuti (Half) Malaysia Trip- Part 3
Our last day for this trip. We had our breakfast sponsored by Cikgu Ismail with two kinds of nasi, Nasi Kerabu and Nasi Belauk. I choose Nasi Kerabu as I’m afraid that my stomach had a lot of trouble consuming curry early in the morning.
Our first destination was Pasar Siti Khadijah. Whoa, now I can proudly show this picture and say that I’ve been at this place.
The most popular picture of Pasar Siti Khadijah.
After that we went to Taman Tamadun Islam where Masjid Kristal is located. We spent about two hours there but most of us became bored as most of the students were already broke. Most of us did not entered the Taman Monument as we have to pay RM 10 to enter it. Plus, another RM 3 if you wish to take a train ride.
The robes and tudung
The interior of Masjid Kristal
I dare to say that the students shopped more than me. For that three days trip to three states, my expenditure is less that RM 400 (excluding the fare and food).
After that we were supposed to go to Pasar Payang but Cikgu Ismail said that it is closed as it is Friday. I was a little bit disappointed and know nothing that I can buy next. We stopped at a shop, selling keropok lekor. Mind you, not far from the shop is a Muslim graveyard. Al- Fatihah. It was raining.
We stopped at Dataran Shahbandar which is near to Pasar paying and I took this opportunity to meet my friend, NyoT. I’m looking forward to hear good news from you, NyoT.
Or last destination was a mosque and we performed Maghrib and Isyak prayer. I couldn’t recall the name of the mosque, but if I’m not mistaken it was Masjid Sultanah Zahirah.
Coming back to the bus and begin our last journey, they played Sifu dan Tongga (again!). I closed my eyes and listened to MP3. I do not wish to watch they film as for me; it is just a stupid film. Nothing that we can gain from it. Nothing will come out of nothing. Just like what Lear said in King Lear by Shakespeare.
We reached school around 1.50 a.m. and my father was already there, waiting for me. I reached home at 2.00 a.m. Nature called me and after that zzzzzzzz..z….

Cuti- Cuti (Half) Malaysia Trip- Part 2
I woke up early and perform my Subuh prayer, but I hesitated to take my bath as it was freezing cold although there is a water heater. We continued our journey to Kelantan after taking breakfast at Rossa Pasadena’s Hotel. Again, it was sponsored by Segamat’s ADUN. I bumped into my senior at that hotel. Based on my assumption, she was having her honeymoon as she said that she came back to get married.
I slept almost all the way from Cameron to Kelantan. Again, the journey was a long meandering road. I told myself, it is better for me to sleep than staying up and resulting having a terrible headache. Only when we reached Kelatan I woke up. We watched Slumdog Millionaire. I love the story. And for me, the most meaningful dialogue was, “You said that you want to see the real sight of India. So, this is the reality”. This dialogue was uttered by the main character when he was a boy to an Englishman when his tire was stolen.
We reached Rantau Panjang quite late. Luckily we had a heavy breakfast (if not because of limitation of time, I wanted to eat more!). Frankly, I couldn’t figure out what I want to buy, so I just followed my colleagues. I wanted to buy brooch, however, none of them attracted my attention. Finally I bought I blouse inspired from trench coat. Woa! I felt like jumping up and down as I really admire trench coat. Kak Bet envied me very much as she said that the blouse was nice and fitted me very well. She wanted to buy it too, but she couldn’t really fit into the blouse.
Some interesting pictures at Rantau Panjang
After that, we checked in at Paloh Inn. I would love to suggest this place for those who would like to come with big family and wish to cramp everybody in one room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Just look at the pictures below.
This is where we stayed
After Maghib prayers, we went to Wakaf Che Yeh. Yet, I was quite disappointing as we were only given half an hour to be at that place. They were rushing to go to KB Mall. We had our dinner there, and the moment we sat at the stall, child beggars came and surrounded us, begging some money. I gave a small amount to them as I think they are not actually Malaysian and there is a syndicate that forces them to be beggars. The thing that annoyed me was, the kid started to curse me in foreign language. Although I do not understand wth he is talking about, I think the boy came from Myanmar.
They reminded me of the film that I’ve watched before, Slumdog Millionaire. This time around, the boy will never be a millionaire. Kak Ina asked him, whether he went to school or not. He said yes, and he is in standard two. So I asked him, “dua campur dua berapa?” and he answered “dua”. Obviously, he is not schooling.
After having a rushing dinner, we went to KB Mall. I was so frustrated and I decided to buy things that I will never find at Wakaf Che Yeh. Guess did what I buy?
Books.
Yes, books.
I bought it at Popular Bookstore and smile all the way because the books cost me more than my blouse. Ghee…
Back from KB Mall, we had our Isyak prayer pacing the stuff and sleep. Another tiring day…

Cuti- Cuti (Half) Malaysia Trip- Part 1
9th June
We began our trip around 10 pm. I couldn’t stand the flashes from the TV on the bus, so I decided to sleep all the way long. Afif, who sat behind my row said “Malam masih muda lagi cikgu, kenapa dah nak tidur?”. Urghh, I had a terrible headache and I almost vomit. Never had I experienced this before.

10th June
My mother’s birthday. We reached Tanah Rata, Cameron around 6am, it’s already Subuh. Actually I decided to take a bath after prayer, however, none of us can stand the weather. So, nobody took shower. Anyway, who cares, as we did not sweat at all. Burrr, its freezing cold even when I brush my teeth and took my ablution.
We had our breakfast then. This is the warong where we had our breakfast.
We than moved to MARDI, Cameron. Don’t expect much from this place as I feel that it is quite unkempt. Lots of rotten fruits and veges unplucked. Don’t ask my why.
We spend the rest of the day at BOH Tea Plantation and honey bee farm before we checked in at a budget hotel at Brinchang. Later that evening, we went to pasar malam. Brinchang reminds me a lot of the novel, Hatiku Di Harajuku by Ramlee Awang Murshid. For those who read that novel, don’t expect to find Harajuku Strawberry Park, as it does not exist ya!
At night, we had our dinner sponsored by Segamat’s ADUN at Rossa Pasadena’s Hotel. When we came back to our room, we pack up things, iron our clothes, pray and sleep. It was a tiring day.
Enjoy the pictures at Cameron Highland!
Lemba fruits
A part of English Garden
This is sooo Cameron!
On the way to BOH's Plantation- such a long winding journey~~~
Imagine relaxing and having a cup of tea after such a tiring day at this place. Owhhhh~~~
Look at both of the pictures. I feel scared when I look at it. Just imagine... uh, I dare not!
Finally, this is the main attraction of Cameron. Strawberries!!!

Kalau **** Yang Lalu...
*
Perjalanan dari Segamat ke Tangkak sememangnya berliku-liku. Ayah kata, "jalan ni jadi macam ni sebab dulu, kereta lembu yang lalu jalan ni"
*
Aku balas, "kalau dulu babi yang lalu, mesti jalan ni lurus je kan?"
*
Ayah pandang aku, aku gelak kuat- kuat.
*
Ngahahaha...

Apa pendapat anda? Setuju tak?

Mungkinkah BangNaga telah bertapa di Naga Lilit?
Kita nantikan apakah reaksi anggota Sindiket Sol-Jah selepas kepulangan BangNaga, MatJan dan Vovin. Apakah benar BangNaga bertapa di situ?

I Wish...
Please, if you do not know or not sure of your friends' status, it is better for you to write just their name. And I MEAN, JUST THEIR NAME... Don't act like it is funny.
*
I hate to admit that currently I hate receiving wedding invi because I know that I won't make it. One of my friend, remind me that if I don't attend my friends' wedding, it is likely that they won't attend my wedding too. Okay Ai, I got the point. But what happened when I attend the wedding?
*
Most of the time, I'm INVISIBLE. No point, right? Even when I came as a group, none of them do actually pay attention to what I say, what I do. No point. Got what I say?
*
I'm stressed up with my unfinished works. Currently, doc suspected that I'm having gastric. Duh! I know, it is all my fault. Maybe it's time for me to find somebody to remind me to eat according to time (Jeng, definately not you!).
*
Anyway, a few days back I remembered somebody promised to tell me something which is really important. However, that person said that it can only be revealed after 10 years. Such a long time, you see. And I think I have fooled myself for believing that person for the fast 10 years. And I believed (again), that that person do not actually remember the promises. Silly me.
*
Maybe from now on too, I should stop reading blogs written from bride to be. It causes me a lot of stress. Although I know that most of bride-to-be-blogs are the most colourful (unlike my sort of gloomy blog), most popular (they shared a lot of ideas and tips together), and filled with stressed and happy moments with their loved ones.
*
I hate it. I hate it. I hate it.
*
But,
I agreed to be the bridesmaid for the third time. Maybe this is the best job that I can have during wedding reception. Cis... and I know that photog will never allow the bridesmaid and the best man to enter the wedding photo. And I know that I'm not photogenic too!
