Cuti- Cuti (Half) Malaysia Trip- Part 3

12th June
Our last day for this trip. We had our breakfast sponsored by Cikgu Ismail with two kinds of nasi, Nasi Kerabu and Nasi Belauk. I choose Nasi Kerabu as I’m afraid that my stomach had a lot of trouble consuming curry early in the morning.

Our first destination was Pasar Siti Khadijah. Whoa, now I can proudly show this picture and say that I’ve been at this place.

The most popular picture of Pasar Siti Khadijah.
Again, I do not know what to buy as I planned to buy batik at Terengganu. Nevertheless, I came across a beautiful (in my point of view) silk batik. The basic colour is white with tulip design in purple. The lady who sold the batik offered me pink colour, but I refused. Please, don’t think that every women and girls love pink. I only wear pink if I don’t have any other choices.

After that we went to Taman Tamadun Islam where Masjid Kristal is located. We spent about two hours there but most of us became bored as most of the students were already broke. Most of us did not entered the Taman Monument as we have to pay RM 10 to enter it. Plus, another RM 3 if you wish to take a train ride.

I dare to say that the students shopped more than me. For that three days trip to three states, my expenditure is less that RM 400 (excluding the fare and food).

After that we were supposed to go to Pasar Payang but Cikgu Ismail said that it is closed as it is Friday. I was a little bit disappointed and know nothing that I can buy next. We stopped at a shop, selling keropok lekor. Mind you, not far from the shop is a Muslim graveyard. Al- Fatihah. It was raining.

We stopped at Dataran Shahbandar which is near to Pasar paying and I took this opportunity to meet my friend, NyoT. I’m looking forward to hear good news from you, NyoT.

Or last destination was a mosque and we performed Maghrib and Isyak prayer. I couldn’t recall the name of the mosque, but if I’m not mistaken it was Masjid Sultanah Zahirah.

Coming back to the bus and begin our last journey, they played Sifu dan Tongga (again!). I closed my eyes and listened to MP3. I do not wish to watch they film as for me; it is just a stupid film. Nothing that we can gain from it. Nothing will come out of nothing. Just like what Lear said in King Lear by Shakespeare.

We reached school around 1.50 a.m. and my father was already there, waiting for me. I reached home at 2.00 a.m. Nature called me and after that zzzzzzzz..z….
